Helllllllllo healthy delicious yummy snack! What can be better then a delicious yummy snack that is HEALTHY!?
These delicious yummy treats are so easy to make and are a crowd pleaser with many. So lets jump into it because these are REALLY good!
1 cup oats
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Here’s the super complex directions…okay….ready?
dump everything in a bowl….
Stir well… super, super well.
Once you have everything mixed well, cover it and let chill in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Once its chilled roll the yummy mixture into small delicious balls…
Don’t they look amazing?! They are SO good!
I have read that they are good for up to a week, but they would never last that long in our house! Store in an air tight container and keep them refrigerated!
