I’m dreading the gym for the next few weeks. Not because I’m not looking forward to working off these extra lbs I’ve probably put on over the holiday season, but because the gym will be flooded with “New Year’s Resolutioners”.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad people want to work on bettering their lives and getting fit BUT they all tend to magically dissappear weeks later!
If you decide to set a “Get Fit” resolution- STICK TO IT!!! Don’t give up, it WILL be tough but you CAN meet your goals! Set smaller goals first and work your way up!
NEVER GIVE UP!
